[Shiki's inside All Passions today, but the front door's open so she can look outside. Anybody passing by can probably see a pink blur running around rearranging things]

I've never been more glad to be a girl in my life. Ugh. So glad that's over. Everybody else okay? It sounded like things were getting pretty messy toward the end. [she's also seemingly cleaning out a separate workstation, moving everything to a different room] I...think Kanji's really gone. I haven't seen him in ages, anybody else?

Beat's gone too; the house he and Rhyme were sharing? Completely empty. That just leaves me... I'm glad those two got back home at least, they were here for a long time anyway.

So I've noticed that the weather's getting perfect for hitting the water, so if anybody needs a swimsuit for summer just drop by and I can make you something. Really I just need something to do before I go crazy here. Anyway, I'm Shiki for anybody who doesn't know, the shop's next to the weapon shop, you can't miss it.

[Eventually she wanders outside and sits on her porch swing with Mr. Mew, watching the village] It's almost that time for new feathers, isn't it? Does anybody else feel like time's going really fast, or is it just me? Oh well.

Cannot most clothes be used for that purpose? [...So says the woman that swims naked] Or rather, why would one need a special garment for swimming?

Most clothes can technically but the fabric on most clothing isn't very comfortable to wear when wet, so the swimsuit material's designed so water doesn't cling as much. Most people feel more comfortable swimming in something to cover themselves.

...yeah, seems that way. I haven't seen Beat or Kanji, Rhyme and Sally were sent home a while ago. But it's okay, I wanted them to get home safe so they did.

That's what I was thinking too. Doesn't hurt to check, right?

Yep! We've been talking about going swimming at my house. I haven't gone shopping yet, though--the experiment hit me a little hard.

I almost wonder if he figured a way out to follow his sister. Plus Kanji's gone too so the shop's officially mine now.

They could at least give us a warning when they send people home. [She's upset yeah, but she'll be fine]

Warning us would mean they were playing fair, and I don't think they're at all interested in that. I suspect the Malnosso are getting their happies while they study our miseries.

[Takeru's been wandering around the village for a bit today, and he notices Shiki sitting on the porch, as well as Mr. Mew. He remembers someone mentioning that he could find his backpack (and digivice) in a store, so that's what he's looking for at the moment.

Walking up to her with a big grin he greets her in his usual cheerful manner.] Hi! My name's Takeru, but you can call me TK. D'you work here?

Yeah! I'm lookin' for my backpack actually. It's brown and should have a buncha candy in it. [Pauses before adding,] But the most important thing is my digivice! It was with my backpack... on the strap.
