[Thanks to the help of one Minato Arisato, the front of All Passions is now decorated with a bunch of garland and fake snowflakes and such. Sitting on the porch is a large tree (where Shiki got it from...don't ask) decorated with brightly-colored ornaments and standing on her ladder is Shiki herself.

Today's she's busy hanging up a new sign in the front window.

Now taking special orders for Christmas.

Don't usually see the harajuku shops get so festive... it's honestly a nice departure.

[Sup decorator monkey. Shiki's going to tack a corner of her sign up before realizing that she doesn't have enough tacks...and down off the ladder she comes. She doesn't really look too surprised to see you there, Minato]

[Looks down at him from her ladder, then grinning.]

Yeah, I know. I was looking through some decorating books in the library the other day and this looked really cool so...here I am. Besides, I figure everybody would at least appreciate the bright colors and stuff even if they don't celebrate the holiday, especially after last week.

[That renders a wide grin. Helpful monkey has proven himself to be helpful once again.]

I'm thinking I'll just keep adding little bits and pieces. Until the actual day, I mean. I wish Faize was still around though, he could help me figure out some sort of electricity for lights.

Next time I see him I'll see what he says. I really think it'd do something for the shop if I had some twinkling lights out on the porch, you know what I mean? It's eye-catching and fancy, and even if it's not typical, I'd like it.

Or maybe if I could find some pink lights...nobody would expect that.
