[Rare as it may be, today for once Shiki's not at All Passions, the store's actually locked up tight for now. Instead she's derping around in the front yard of House Ten making snowmen.

...very...fashionable snowmen, as a matter of fact. Thanks to her free time, she's created a lot of winter clothes and now she's putting them on the snowmen to make House Ten look a little more open.

She's moving sort of slow though since she's got Mr. Mew in one arm and can only roll the snowballs with one hand. Come say hi, she'll welcome the chance to be social.]

[She nods.] As long as it also proves beneficial to you. I'd hate to be a burden.

Of course it's beneficial for me.

Then I suppose carry on.

I can show you some stuff today? Or we can do it another day. Half of it's here and half of it is at the shop.

[Smiles, nodding, and steps forward to offer her a hand to shake.]

[Potentially :|] Ah. I've been here for about eleven. Weird how time just...flies, isn't it?

[Gosh you're like the same age as me. ...although technically Auldrant years are like twice as long as Earth years so I'm like 32? o__O;] It's a little alarming.

[What the hell, Tear, stop being old and confusing Shiki with numbers D:] Yeah. We don't even really know if we're counting the days right, do we?

[At least I'm not Minamimoto? D:] It's an extremely different system than the one from my home, but seems to be the widely-known and accepted form.

[Shiki would punch you in the fact with Mr. Mew if you were D:] It fits with mine. What's yours like then?

[Rofl.] One month by this calendar is about half the length of a month in Auldrant. Years are nearly twice as long.

...why?

I assume this planet is smaller than Auldrant or has a shorter orbital period.

I don't even know if we're on a planet. I mean we have to be but you'd think it'd be...y'know...bigger.

The barrier likely only encompasses this village. Who knows, perhaps the Malnosso have other barrier-protected cities on this planet with other experiments going on.
