[Currently, Shiki is sitting in her bedroom at House 10 with Mr. Mew. She's got her cell phone in her hand, and even though she doesn't have reception in Luceti she's got a battery. It makes her cringe and it makes her want to throw the phone out the window, but she's currently watching a video she recorded of two people she knows in a rather...compromising position.

What? It's not every day you get to watch your boyfriend make out with another girly boy. Besides, in light of recent events, Shiki's not really feeling up to going out to the shop anyway.]

...what makes us attracted to things that are bad for us? You know, like why do we pay money to watch people fight, or why do we continue watching things we know shouldn't be watched? Does that make any sense? Probably not.

And anyway...this weather sucks. It's making me depressed or something, I swear.

...Minato, are you busy? Can we talk?

[Minato's the only reason she'd go outside right now, but her housemates are free to barge in and see her while she replies to anyone who speaks to her over the journal.]

Oftentimes I find that people are quick to call something 'bad' when it makes them personally uncomfortable. It limits what we allow ourselves to experience, don't you think? [Of course he has no idea what made you ask such a question.]

...well isn't something that makes a person uncomfortable actually considered bad? It's not like it makes us feel good or helps us in any way.

That's what separates us from everything else, isn't it? Feeling. You don't see robots or anything going after things that are bad for them most of the time, so I guess it makes enough sense.

[She's still playing that same video and sitting with Mr. Mew, but when Neku comes in, she looks up and scrambles to shut it off.]

Nothing really! Just kind of taking a break from stuff, you know? What about you?

[So Shiki, that morning? Haruhi... is in an awkward spot. Mostly because in trying to open the door to her room she ripped the door out. And some the wall next to it. And basically make a giant mess of wood with a knob in her hand. Random super-strength, gotta love it.

But either way, that probably made enough ruckus to attract a bit of attention]

[...yeah okay, that definitely is jarring. Give her a moment to get off of her bed and go examine...and just stare.]

What the hell just happened?

I tried to open the door.

[Which is why she's still in pajamas. She was going out to start something on the stove and then irresponsibly get dressed and leave it sitting there for a minute or two.

She drops the door.]

I see that. [She just watches the door fall to the ground.] Way to go, She-Hulk. I guess we didn't really need that door anyway.
