Outside of All Passions (and probably from very far away) people can see a giant stuffed cat who's busy building two side-decks onto the store building. Shiki's sitting up on his shoulder and just watching what he's doing. Since there are no Noise to fight in Luceti, Shiki figured since her psych suddenly worked, she'd get some use out of it.
