[Determined to return Minato's jacket that he let her borrow to get home, Shiki's out walking through town carrying the jacket. It's been cleaned and all, but she's got it folded up instead of wearing it.

What is she wearing? Her boots, her hat...and that's just about it. Shiki's decided that leading a fashion protest is in her best interests. People should recognize inner beauty before clothes after all.

For the love of everything, please stop her and make her put clothes on.]

You might be right about that, but clothes do make the woman warm. Put something on before you freeze to death. [Crossing his arms and just standing there.] ...and before you run into any perverts or something.
