Thirty-Third Spool of Thread-[Written/Action]

[Considering that the weather's fairly decent today, Shiki's decided today is a good day to spend outside. For anybody who's known her long enough, they might recognize the crate that she's sitting on as the one she used to use before the porch around the shop was built. Today, she's facing the shop and just looking it over, sketching out some things on a piece of paper. Soon enough though, she starts writing a message to the community]

I think I know the obvious answer, but where would be the best place to get fresh flowers when I'm ready for them? And, you know, planters and dirt and stuff.

Also, the spring line's just about finished if anybody needs something for the new season.

[She enters, scanning the room for ~*new clothes*~.]

It's a little smaller than last year's collection, but I think the quality's a little better. [All of the winter stuff is either gone or shoved into a corner and Shiki's new line of t-shirts, blouses, skirts, light-weight jackets, sweaters, pants, etc are scattered around. There's also a whole rack of things with Rosalie's name on it, designed just the way she likes them.]

[She goes through the rack with something akin to glee.]

This is the best part of season changes.

What, that I get to be your fashion consultant and make you new things?

No, it's the new clothes. [a pause. Oh, all right.] And that.

Why would I ever think differently. So, I take it they're up to Rosalie Hale's perfect standards?

They'll do. [You know she's grateful, Shiki.]

Glad I could be of service. [Of course she knows, Rose is one of her best customers.] You'll look great, you always do.

You made some for yourself, right?

Of course I did. I can't really set a good example if I'm not wearing my own designs, right?

[She starts pulling out the clothes from the rack. Room has already been made in her closet in preparation for this.]

Where have you been lately? I haven't seen you around much.

[She's busy grabbing some bags then so they're easier to carry out.]

I've been...busy, I guess. I've been spending a lot of time in here finishing the line, actually. I'm hoping I won't be so scarce now that everything's done.

Don't overwork yourself. Not everyone can go without sleep, you know.

I think my housemates would get a little suspicious if I started just spending the night here, don't worry about that.

Also, I'll be coming to work more often now. I just had to...deal with the repercussions of the experiment for a short while.

[...hold on.] ...do I want to know what it did to you?

It made me fall in love with...someone else, and my husband isn't exactly known for his understanding nature.

I think that's the case for a lot of people. [Including her and Neku, but she's gonna leave that out.]

At least everything is back to normal now, and hopefully it will stay that way.

This place doesn't believe in normal, remember? But stable, at least.

Stable enough that people won't be too busy panicking to admire my new clothes.

I have a feeling you wouldn't let them ignore you even if things weren't stable.

I don't think they can help admiring me either way.

Yeah, let's go with that.
